Delivery Policy
Bosque Floral Design takes delivery orders ONLY. We do not have a storefront location. We deliver on a first-come/first-served basis for orders. We will do everything in our power to accommodate your preferred delivery arrangements.

Our delivery area includes most of Valencia County and much of Bernalillo County. To verify that your order is within our delivery area, please call us and ask about your specific address for delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. No refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may contact our store within 3 hours of product delivery and we will make every effort to fix, repair, or replace your product within reason.
Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase that cannot be exactly replicated.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality, and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the item you have selected, we will ensure that the style, theme, and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
